All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars.

Within New Zealand
Orders under $100 – flat rate of $8.50 to urban addresses.
$13 to rural addresses. Sorry no PO Boxes.
Orders over $100 – FREE!

We use NZ Post or Aramex couriers which take around 2-4 days in New Zealand. A tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation email.

International
Flat rate of $20 for orders under $100.
Flat rate of $15 for orders over $100.

International orders can take 10-14 days to arrive once shipped. We send International Air Mail which is not tracked. If you would like your parcel sooner, we can send via an international courier – please contact us for a shipping quote before purchase. Heartfelt is not responsible for any international taxes or duties (if any) once the parcel arrives in your country. Please check with your local customs department for an estimate.

Important COVID-19 update:
Please be patient with orders – our couriers are experiencing a large influx of parcels to be delivered, as well as the wait time for stock to arrive from our suppliers. Our international shipping is also experiencing delays due to Covid. Please allow an extra week for international orders. Details about the countries and reason for delays can be found at here.

RETURNS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please get in touch at hello@heartfelt.co.nz. We will be happy to sort a replacement or refund. However, shipping costs are not able to be refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Your order will be packed with care, but sometimes when it leaves our hands, the same care is not taken. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The courier will then uplift it for inspection.

SIZING
We know it is hard getting the perfect fit when you are shopping online!
